I am using Windows 10 on my laptop and it is an HP model. Since a few weeks ago, I am not able to use camera on Skype because it is completely blacked out when background is chosen at default.

Below is a screenshot of what I am getting now:. So I also checked the Settings for Camera as below and everything is turned on, but the Camera on Skype would still not work.
